Neurix Fitness is an AI-powered wellness and fitness planning platform. It may generate workout plans, meal plans, grocery lists, fitness suggestions, and related informational content based on information you provide. The Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
You acknowledge that Neurix Fitness is not a doctor or licensed healthcare provider; the Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances; and you are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals before acting on any recommendation that may affect your health or safety.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials confidential, promptly update your account information when it changes, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for providing truthful and current information, evaluating whether any generated recommendation is appropriate for you, stopping any activity that causes pain or concern, obtaining professional advice where needed, and complying with all applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, input false health or identity information deceptively, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, copy or commercially exploit the Service without authorization, or upload malicious code or harmful content.
You understand that AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions, may not reflect current science or medical standards, may not be appropriate for people with certain conditions, and should always be reviewed using your own judgment and, where appropriate, with professional guidance.
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Billing may be recurring unless cancelled. Pricing may change with notice. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment fails. If the Service is later distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, additional store terms and billing rules may apply.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Neurix Fitness and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any health, fitness, nutrition, or performance result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event or CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurix Fitness, Skilled HR Inc., and their affiliates from claims arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on AI-generated recommendations without appropriate professional judgment.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, your use creates legal or security risk, or we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts located in Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
