Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Because Neurix Fitness provides digital access, AI-generated content, and personalized planning services, fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

2. Monthly and Annual Plans

If you purchase a monthly or annual subscription, you will be billed in advance for the applicable billing period. Your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

3. First-Time Courtesy Refund

For goodwill and customer satisfaction, Neurix Fitness may offer a one-time courtesy refund for a first-time subscription purchase if the refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date and your account has not shown substantial use of the paid service. "Substantial use" may include significant generation of meal plans, workout plans, grocery lists, downloads, or similar usage of premium features.

4. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged the wrong amount, or believe there was a billing error, contact us and we will investigate. If we confirm an error, we will correct it and issue an appropriate refund or credit.

5. Technical Failures

If a paid feature was unavailable for a material period due to a technical problem caused by us, and we are unable to restore reasonable access, we may provide a full or partial refund, service credit, or an extension of service at our discretion.

6. No Refunds In Certain Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided for forgetting to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction based on personal preferences where the Service functioned as described, expected results not being achieved, failure to review the Health Disclaimer or Terms, suspension caused by violation of our Terms, or partial use of a billing period after renewal.

7. App Store Purchases

If you purchase Neurix Fitness through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase may be subject to that store's billing and refund rules. In those cases, refunds may need to be requested directly through the relevant app store.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review and resolve the matter. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
